Japanese recipes for the American cook book had this book since I'm not sure about the recent editions but, the one I have is one of the best cookbooks for Japanese cuisine.

I make excellent authentic sushi and miso because of this book. I am writing this review 31 years after buying the book because today I made a great Teriyaki Salmon recipe from the book.5/5(4).
